 Responsibilities:


Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets.

Analyzing market trends and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.

Formulating short-term and long-term sales plans.



Sales Team Management:


Leading, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Conducting regular performance evaluations of the team and providing constructive feedback.

Organizing work schedules and tasks for the sales team.



Customer Network Development:


Building and maintaining good relationships with current and prospective customers.

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Preparing and delivering product presentations to potential customers.



Negotiation and Sales Closing:


Negotiating sales terms and conditions with customers.

Preparing sales proposals and business contracts.

Ensuring the sales closing process runs smoothly and meets customer satisfaction.



Reporting and Analysis:


Preparing regular sales reports and analyzing sales data for evaluation.

Reporting sales results to management regularly.

Using sales data to make strategic decisions.
